澳大利亚滴水阳光慈善教育基金会

　　澳大利亚滴水阳光教育慈善基金会始建于2014年一月，曾称作“澳大利亚中国教育基金会”。起初她并不是一个基金会的形式，而是由一群有共同志趣的西澳华裔领袖为帮助贫困儿童而建立的一个慈善机构。

  滴水阳光的成立者之一潘邦昭先生于2014年，在一次慈善活动中结识了Raymond Tan。当时两人为了帮助无家可归的流浪汉，参加了由圣文森特社区组织的一年一度”CEO Sleepout” 筹集善款的活动。在这次慈善活动中，Raymond被潘邦昭先生志愿帮助中国贫困儿童的美好志愿所感动，同意加入这一善举，协助潘先生一同建立慈善基金会。

  2014年8月18日，基金会有了新的名字 – 滴水阳光，充分体现了基金会的精神 – 汇集每一滴爱，融汇成爱的海洋，折射出太阳的光辉。在滴水阳光教育慈善基金会建立之初，便受到了西澳州广大华人的支持。

  目前，滴水阳光教育慈善基金会已经成功在澳洲注册成为一个非营利慈善组织。

Who We Are

The Australian Lucent Charity Foundation was initially known as the Australian Chinese Education Foundation and was formed in January 2014.

It was not an incorporated foundation but was a charity set up by like minded Asian leaders based in Western Australia who wanted to help the poor and under privileged.

One of the leaders of the charity was Ben Pan.

Ben Pan and Raymond Tan slept out as homeless persons during the 2014 CEO Sleepout event which is an annual event organised by the St Vincent De Paul Society to raise funds for the homeless in Australia.

It was at the CEO Sleepout event that Raymond Tan from Tan and Tan Lawyers agreed to help Ben Pan to formalise the Foundation.
